1. Services

Valley View Cleaning Company provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, special request cleanings, and real estate preparation.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside the scope of work agreed upon.

2. Quotes and Payments

• Estimates are based on the information you provide; final charges may vary based on actual job conditions.
• Full payment is due upon completion of service unless stated otherwise in writing.
• We accept major forms of payment. Late or failed payments may incur service fees and refusal of future appointments.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at full or partial rate depending on staff allocation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide safe, timely access to the property.
• Secure pets, valuables, and breakable items.
• Notify us of any sensitive areas, fragile materials, or special cleaning instructions.

Valley View Cleaning Company is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions or uncommunicated risks.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
• Improperly installed fixtures, unsecured items, or hazardous environments.
• Allergic reactions if cleaning product sensitivities were not communicated prior to service.

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Feedback and Complaints

We value your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, you must contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues, but we reserve the right to refuse re-service or refunds after the 24-hour window.

7. Property Access

If staff cannot access the property due to locked doors, alarms, or unavailability, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may be charged.

All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and design elements—is the property of Valley View Cleaning Company and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
